Our Springside outreach service is set up to help people with mental health problems or those with autism or Asperger’s manage their condition, and progress with their lives.
Our outreach services cater for people with mental health problems or autism and Asperger’s living in the South West. We go to people’s homes or community centres, and offer them the support they need. This could be emotional, social or practical help.
By working collaboratively across agencies we are able to co ordinate a holistic approach that can meet the needs of those with challenging behaviour. The aim of Cygnet Springside is to promote independent living and social community inclusion whilst ensuring that mechanisms are in place to identify and respond to changes in need or support requirements.
