Alison has been a qualified RMN since 1991 and has worked in a wide range of NHS and Independent services including secure, acute, rehabilitation and elderly.
She has worked for Cygnet Health Care since 1998 in various roles including Clinical Manager, Hospital Manager and Business Development.
Dedicated to providing quality services, Alison enjoys the challenge of leading a team and developing innovative practice.

Mark qualified as an RMN in 2002 and worked for the NHS for nearly 8 years in a variety of roles including acute services and inpatient drug and alcohol detoxification. Prior to joining Cygnet Hospital Bierley as Clinical Manager in January 2010, Mark worked for nearly 4 years as a Clinical Commissioning Manager for a large Primary Care Trust.
Mark is a serving Army Officer in the Territorial Army and deployed as part of the Field Mental Health Team to Afghanistan in 2007, providing front line mental health care to British forces stationed there.

Prior to joining Cygnet Hospital Bierley, Jane was a Clinical Nurse Specialist in a Community Mental Health Team. Over the past 17 years Jane has gained qualifications in CBT, Psychological De-briefing, DBT and, more recently, has gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personality Disorder.
Jane is committed to the delivery of excellent care and interventions for individuals with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder, and is keen to empower patients and encourage them to work with the MDT to affect the most positive outcome.

Anne-Marie Osborne-Fitzgerald started her career in 2002, at the Castle Hill Unit in Huddersfield, a NHS Low Secure Forensic Unit. Having worked her way up from Senior Staff Nurse she now holds the post of Clinical Development Nurse, working across all the Cygnet hospitals in West Yorkshire.
Anne-Marie is passionate about all aspect of Clinical Governance. She has particular interests in staff development and clinical audit. She is committed to best patient centred care and works with the rest of the staff team to deliver high quality care.

John has been with Cygnet since 2005 working exclusively at Bierley. A vital part of his role as an Estates Manager is to be the Health & Safety, fire safety and security link person.
John ensures that anyone using the hospital whether they be a service user, member of staff or visitor should feel comfortable in the knowledge that the hospital is a safe, clean and environmentally friendly one.

Stephen has worked in catering for almost twenty years, the last fifteen of which have been in the healthcare sector. Stephen is qualified in Diabetic cookery and to Level 4 in hygiene management.
Stephen is highly motivated and leads the catering team which provides well balanced and nutritious meals to all the hospital's clientele.
