Hooper Ward - Female PICU

Stability & Hope

Our Female PICU tailors care to improve service users' wellbeing, reduce risk and facilitate service users' return to optimal functioning to fully engage in their recovery. Length of stay is usually between 2-4 weeks.

Care is delivered by a well established multi-disciplinary team comprising of a Consultant Psychiatrist with specialist interest in care in PICU, a ward doctor, nurses, occupational therapist, psychologist, and an activities co-ordinator.
