North West
Peter Lawson - Services Manager
Peter is our Services Manager, overseeing the management of all Springside services in the North West. He has many years experience within senior management, including Special Needs Education and autism specific services.
Peter is a Registered General Nurse with additional qualifications in behavioural management, teaching and epilepsy care.
Amy Stanion - Services Coordinator
Our Services Coordinator Amy ensures that the service’s administration and communications are always efficient and support and care are to the highest standards; Amy also manages our marketing and research.
She is a graduate in Psychology and has much experience of working within autism services.
Alison Booth - Outreach Services Manager
Alison is the registered manager of our Outreach service. She is a graduate in philosophy and sociology, has completed NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services and has a great deal of experience in childcare and managing autism services.
Alison ensures that all outreach support is of the highest standard, meeting the needs of each individual service user. Alison is committed to getting the very best for people in her care.
Zoë Jackson - Residential Services Manager
Zoë is a Springside residential service manager. She has many years experience of managing young people’s residential services and has a genuine commitment to ensuring that their stays are enjoyable, productive and fun.
Zoë holds an NVQ Level 4 in Care and Management and always insists on the highest of standards.
Diane Dawson - Residential Services Manager
Diane is the registered manager for the residential services. She has many years experience of working with people with autism, including ten years of working with the National Autistic Society.
Diane has also completed NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services and is firmly committed to the on-going development of young people within her care.
South West
Gary Todd - Services Manager
Gary is our Services Manager, overseeing the management of all Springside services in the South West.
He has many years experience within senior management, including Director of Nursing and Clinical director within the independent sector. Gary is a registered learning disabilities nurse with other special interests in epilepsy and early dementia.
Katharine Warwick - Services Coordinator
Our Services Coordinator Katharine ensures that the service’s administration and communications are always efficient and support and care are to the highest standards; Katharine also manages our marketing and research.
Katharine is a graduate in Communication Studies, NVQ3 qualified in childcare and education, and has many years experience working with children and vulnerable young adults.
