Residential Social Care
We are a leading provider of residential care for individuals with a range of learning and other disabilities. Our aim is to create environments where residents can be supported to learn to manage their condition, and develop the skills that will enable them to lead fuller lives.
We provide the following types of service:
Adult Residential Care
- long-stay residential care - high quality 24 hour care which offers the benefit and support of community living while encouraging
independence, in an environment where residents can learn to manage their condition. All residents have their own en-suite room, and access to a wide range of facilities.

Children and Young People's Residential Care
- short break / shared care residential respite service - for children and young people aged 5 - 17, where tailored 1:1 support is provided in an autism-friendly environment. Young people generally access the service for an agreed number of nights, between 2 per month up to 5 per week.
- full time residential service - also for children and young people aged 5 - 17, to provide a settled environment for those who require a full time placement, in a welcoming, homely environment where they can access highly individualised specialist support. Support is provided on a minimum of a 1:1 basis, although some young people may require more intensive staffing.
Our services provide safe residential environments, exclusively designed to meet the needs of people affected by autistic spectrum conditions, as well as providing valuable respite for families.
With at least as many staff as residents, we tailor the care we provide to every individual. All our staff are appropriately trained and supervised, and we identify key workers at the start of each placement, who play a lead role in the resident's care, and keep in regular contact with their family.
