Cygnet Springside Stockport to provide outreach services to East and West Cheshire
It is with great pleasure that we can announce that Cygnet Springside Stockport has successfully tendered to secure a framework agreement with Cheshire West and Chester Council as well as being contracted to provide Outreach support work for Cheshire East Council.
Cygnet Springside Stockport is committed to supporting both these councils and to work in partnership with them in achieving the requisite "Aiming High" outcomes within their respective areas.
Other recent successful tender applications include Framework Outreach services with Salford Council, contracted Residential Short Break and Outreach services with Stockport Council and framework Residential Short Breaks with Knowsley Council.
Cygnet Springside Stockport also features on most local authority approved provider's lists across the North West of England and is regularly recommended to prospective service users and their families by many different external providers and specialist autism support groups and provisions, including the National Autistic Society.
We believe that Cygnet Springside Stockport's great success is due to their on-going commitment to providing holistic and specialist autism and Asperger's syndrome services that are of exceptionally high quality, consistent, person centred, evidenced and outcome driven.
