We are delighted to announce that, in addition to their established long term residential service, The Springs Community in Kent will now also be offering placements of three months and six months as well as shorter term respite care.

Monteith Villas Coastways Hollands House

The Springs Community has provided specialist residential services for people with an autism spectrum condition for over 16 years. Whilst maintaining its specialism in ASC The Springs is also able to provide residential placements to people with learning disabilities and associated conditions. Service users are supported by experienced and well trained staff. A full assessment of needs is undertaken prior to admission. The focus of The Springs Community is on following individual person centred care plans promoting autonomy and independence.

Situated on the beautiful Kent coast The Springs has six different accommodations where service users can move from the main home Hollands House to smaller shared houses or single 'villas' as they gain greater independence whilst still enjoying the benefits of community living. This pathway has led many service users to be able to move on to live independently in the wider community.
