Cygnet Health Care announce plans for a new hospital in Derby
Cygnet Health Care are pleased to announce plans to open a new hospital in Derby.
Cygnet Hospital Derby will provide an in-patient mental health service in a low secure setting. The hospital will offer a high level of support and therapy to enable patients to reach and maintain their highest level of functioning.
A dedicated multi-disciplinary team will plan the patient's care with them and also agree an inclusive programme with realistic targets and goals. Regular reviews will then take place within the framework of the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
