Cygnet Health's 2012 Calendar: Designed by our service users
With the New Year fast approaching, our Cygnet Health Care calendars are set to be landing on a desk near you soon. But this year we have added a new twist - all of the artwork within the calendar has been produced by our talented service users.
A competition took place throughout all of our units nationwide where service users could submit any piece of artwork in any form. The wide range of entries varied from paintings to patchwork, and models to murals. And who best to decide what to put in the calendar, than the service users themselves. All submissions were collated into a presentation that was shared between our service users to vote on their favourite pieces.
Our aim for the calendar is to showcase our talented artists and Cygnet's continuing commitment to service user involvement.
