Cygnet Health Care, operator of 16 UK hospitals with a broad mix of specialist psychiatric units, has completed its fourth buyout since 2000. Cygnet’s equity is owned 11% by 450 managers and staff, and the balance by its founders, CEO John Hughes and Executive Chairman Ken Wilson, and by Grove Ltd.
