    21 August 2014: Incidents reduce by a third at Cygnet Hospital Beckton

    A series of initiatives have seen the number of incidents across Cygnet Hospital Beckton drop by 33% compared to the previous year. Bewick Ward, the hospital's low secure service for women, saw a huge reduction of almost 75% as the number of incidents fell from 163 in 2012/13 to just 41 in 2013/14.
