17 May 2013: Two more wards achieve Star Ward status at Cygnet Hospital Beckton
We are delighted to announce that Cygnet Hospital Beckton's New Dawn Ward and Bewick Ward have both joined Hansa Ward in achieving Star Ward status. Both wards were awarded the Star Ward yesterday by Marion Janner OBE of the Star Wards programme.

17 May 2013: Excellent service user satisfaction scores at Cygnet Wing Blackheath
Cygnet Wing Blackheath has seen some really positive outcomes from their most recent Service User Satisfaction Survey. Five out of the six topics covered showed a large improvement on the previous year's results.

17 May 2013: Mental Health Awareness Week lunch at Cygnet Wing Blackheath
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, a Mental Health Act awareness lunch was organised on Meridian Ward for service users and staff. This included a brief presentation on mental health awareness focusing particularly on improving physical health.
